Understanding the hydraulic and frictional sensitivity of fault to different injection conditions is one efficient ways provide useful implications for reactivation potential. Numerical simulations fractured reservoir have provided information on how behaviour varies under changing hydromechanical properties conditions. A coupled hydro-mechanical model which can represent elastoplastic a was employed predict quantify effects varying positions rates permeability response potential isothermal injection. We examine seismic event magnitude timing variations in both pressure perturbation stress as location changes. generate results two scenarios: with position but uniform rate, another scenario increasing rate at same position. observed that affected by diffusivity fluid pressure, this mechanism mediated function injector rate. As velocity transmission increases, impact pore elevation reduced effective stress. However, an where there low causes build-up incapable inducing shear failure, thus, enhancement retarded case.
